Chemical process R&D

Our chemical development team comprised of 20 scientists exceeds expectation on even challenging projects. We work closely with our customers to efficiently conduct route scouting and rapid fit for purpose development/optimization of reaction conditions for scale-up of materials for preclinical trials or large scale manufacturing under both non-GMP & GMP conditions. With support from our expert team of analytical chemists, chemical engineers & QA professionals we rapidly and efficiently develop scalable & manufacturing processes to meet any need.

Scale up capabilities

Coupled with the synthesis of process intermediates and GMP raw materials, we also offer c-GMP manufacturing of your API. Zasya handles small scale API critical for discovery & development under non-GMP conditions.

We can handle your non-GMP/GMP manufacturing needs seamlessly from grams to metric tons with out need for technology transfer to other company. Whether you require the material for toxicological studies, phase I-III clinical trials or commercial supplies. We leverage the expertise and technology to make your project a success.

Zasya has the right infrastructure to perform rapid scale-up. Our kilo-scale laboratories are equipped for the preparation for non-GMP/GMP starting materials and other processes intermediates on scale, from hundreds of grams to 100 of kilograms.
